 1. Fluffy American Pancakes (10 minutes)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp baking soda

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tbsp oil or melted butter

Steps

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Add milk, egg, and oil. Mix lightly (don’t overmix).

  3. Heat pan, grease lightly.

  4. Pour batter, cook until bubbles form, flip.

Serve with: honey or maple syrup 🍯


🧀 2. Easy Mac & Cheese (15 minutes)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup macaroni

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • ½ cup milk

  • ½ cup grated cheese (cheddar or processed cheese)

  • Salt & pepper

Steps

  1. Boil macaroni and drain.

  2. Melt butter in pan, add milk.

  3. Add cheese, stir till creamy.

  4. Mix in pasta, season, serve hot.


🍗 3. Simple Crispy Fried Chicken

Ingredients

  • Chicken pieces

  • Salt, pepper, chili powder

  • ½ cup flour

  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. Season chicken well.

  2. Coat with flour.

  3. Fry on medium heat till golden & cooked.

Tip: Shallow fry for less oil.


🥪 4. Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Bread slices

  • Butter

  • Cheese slices

Steps

  1. Butter bread on one side.

  2. Place cheese between slices.

  3. Grill on pan until golden on both sides.


🥗 5. Classic American Salad

Ingredients

  • Lettuce

  • Tomato

  • Cucumber

  • Onion

  • Salt, pepper, olive oil, lemon

Steps

  1. Chop everything.

  2. Toss with oil, lemon, salt & pepper.

  3. Optional: add cheese or boiled egg.


🍪 6. No-Bake Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed biscuits

  • ½ cup cocoa powder

  • ½ cup condensed milk

  • Butter (2 tbsp)

Steps

  1. Mix everything in a bowl.

  2. Shape into small balls.

  3. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
